Troubleshooting Circle access issues
If you're having trouble logging into or accessing Circle, work through the following steps before contacting support.
Step 1: Try a web browser instead of the app
Go to laura-doyle-connect.circle.so in a browser (Safari or Chrome) on your phone or computer. Enter your email and password. Some issues that appear in the app resolve when using a browser.
Step 2: Clear your cache and cookies
If you're getting an error in the browser, clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again. On mobile, try opening the link in a private or incognito window instead.
Step 3: Confirm you're using the correct email address
Log in with the same email address used when you signed up for RHW. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one. Using a different email than the one on your account is a common reason for login failures.
Step 4: Reset your password
Go to laura-doyle-connect.circle.so and click "Forgot password?" Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the reset email. Check spam if the reset email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Step 5: Check your invitation status
If you are a new member and have never logged into Circle before, you must first accept your Circle invitation. Search your inbox and spam for an email from no-reply@circle.so with the subject "Invitation." Click "Accept Invitation" to set up your account.
