How to change your email address in Circle

For security reasons, Circle does not allow email address changes inside the mobile app. You must use a web browser on your phone or computer to update your email.

Steps to change your email in Circle:

  1. Open a web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) and go to laura-doyle-connect.circle.so
  2. Log in with your current email address and password
  3. Click your Profile Icon in the top-right corner of the screen
  4. Select Settings from the dropdown menu
  5. Go to the Account or Authentication tab
  6. Enter your new email address in the email field
  7. Enter your password if prompted to confirm the change
  8. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page
  9. Check your new email inbox for a confirmation link from Circle — you must click this link to activate the change
  10. Once confirmed, log out of the Circle app on your phone and log back in using your new email address

Important notes:

  • The change will not take effect until you click the verification link sent to your new email address
  • After updating, use your new email for all LDC communications, call scheduling, and logins
  • If you have multiple email addresses on file, please use one consistent email for everything LDC-related
